TAS Club Membership Rules

(The Adventure Singles Club)

1. Membership

• Membership is open to adults (18+) who share a love of adventure, the outdoors, and meeting new people.

• Members must complete the TAS Club Membership Form to join officially.

• Membership is voluntary and undertaken at the member's own risk.

2. Participation

• All activities are organized on a social, non-commercial basis.

• Members are responsible for assessing their own fitness and capability to participate.

• Suitable clothing, equipment, and footwear must be worn for events.

3. Behaviour

• Members must treat each other with respect, kindness, and consideration at all times.

• Bullying, harassment, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

• Members must follow the event leader's guidance and respect local rules and environments.

4. Safety

• Members must take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others.

• Members must inform event organizers of any relevant medical conditions that may affect their participation.

• TAS Club events are covered by risk assessments and safety guidelines, which members are expected to read and follow.

5. Liability

• TAS Club, its organizers, and event leaders accept no responsibility for loss, injury, or accident sustained during club activities.

• Participation in any event is entirely at the member's own risk.

6. Data Protection

• Members' personal information will be stored securely and used only for TAS Club communication and safety purposes.

• We do not share members' details with third parties.

7. Removal of Membership

• TAS Club reserves the right to revoke membership for serious breaches of the club rules, at the discretion of the TAS Club Committee.
